Presentations of the 2008 Student Essay Contest

Judging was completed in July, and we will announce the outcome as soon as a technical problem can be resolved.

Come hear some of our 2008 Essay Contest winners present their papers! It will be an encouragement to both them and YOU! The Junior Division first-place winner submitted a paper that would have been accepted on the college level, and he's only 14 years old! He's now overseas, but has submitted a DVD so he can participate in the meeting.

Usually, the Senior High Division's first place entry is published in CRS Matters, the newsletter of the Creation Research Society, in the next few months. Summaries of the winning papers will be the main topic in our Fall 2008 Newsletter.

MCF will honor the winners by providing a beautiful buffet breakfast at NO CHARGE! Please RSVP (for breakfast only) to 847-244-4373 by October 17.

Entries will be accepted for the 2009 Essay Contest beginning January 1, 2009. Papers should be in the mail or emailed to us by April 30, 2009. As with 2008, you may choose any topic within the subject area of creationism. If you're between ages 11 and 18, you're eligible!
